This portal helps remotely located cold storage facilities of our client to perform bulk goods receipt and its respective A/P invoices posting activities happening within the span of a fortnight where the maximum amount of procurements happen in the entire year.

Solution Highlights

Purchase Orders integration with SAP Business One based on which the GRPO entry can be created by the data entry users.

Created GRPO entries are further approved by the respective approval authorized users.

Goods receipt bulk data entry ease for the users located in the remote cold storage locations

Integration with the weigh bridge system installed at the cold storage facilities for seamless data entry of the daily goods inward.

Auto Creation of A/P Invoices from the previously created GRPO entries in the portal.
